Acceptance of terms

By accessing and using LumiSoft's services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement.

Our services

LumiSoft provides software and AI engineering services, including:

• Custom software development: web applications, backend systems, internal tools, APIs and cloud systems
• Enterprise knowledge systems
• AI workflow automation and voice-enabled AI
• Integrations with business systems
• Maintenance and continuous development of delivered systems

User responsibilities

As a user of our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information during project consultation
• Communicate promptly and clearly about project requirements and changes
• Respect intellectual property rights and confidentiality agreements

Limitation of liability

LumiSoft shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for our services.

Modifications to terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Payment terms

Invoices are due within 14 days unless otherwise agreed. Late payments may incur reminder fees and interest as per Finnish law.

Termination

Either party may terminate an ongoing agreement with written notice. Work completed up to the termination date will be invoiced.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Finland. Disputes shall be resolved in Finnish courts.
